Bruce Video on DVD
These are video
clips that I have collected or recorded over the years.
I am working on transferring them to DVD and am interested in
trading.
I also have some full shows and other newer clips that I haven't had a chance to
list here, yet.

BRIDGE BENEFIT CONCERT, 10/13/86
This was an amazing and unique performance by Bruce alone and with Danny and Nils.
Click on the top picture to jump to hyperrust.org
for a review of the concert. This video was taken from the feed used for the overhead
screens.
Actually, I have the whole show on video as well. Neil Young surprised everybody by
bringing out his "friends" Crosby, Stills and Nash. Nils did a great version of
"Man at the Top". The finale with CSN&Y joining Bruce for "Hungry
Heart" and everybody joining in for "Teach your Children" was really
special. I was lucky enough to be there live, and I like to put this on every once in
awhile just to remind me how cool it was!

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST,
BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA, 10/15/88
Another amazing performance!
Bruce duets with Sting on "Every Breath You Take" and then later on "The
River".
Later, Peter Gabriel, Tracy Chapman, and Youssou N'Dour get in on the act.

 SATURDAY
NIGHT LIVE, 5/9/92
I didn't care too much for Shane Fontaine's "rock star posturing", I didn't
like him much with Lone Justice, either. But, what the heck, it was Bruce on Saturday
Night Live, so you had to watch it!

BRUCE WITH THE E-STREET BAND, SONY
STUDIOS, 4/5/95
This was a great show - first time with the E-Street Band in many years.
It aired right after the "Blood Brothers" special.
|
ACADEMY AWARDS, LOS ANGELES, CA, 3/23/96
Bruce performed his nominated "Dead Man Walking" on a dark stage... nice!
|
ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTION,
3/15/99
I wish they would have broadcast more of Bruce's performance, 10th Ave. & Promised
Land were GREAT!
|
THE TODAY SHOW, ASBURY PARK, NJ, 7/30/02
First major event to promote "The Rising", this was broadcast on the Today
Show on the morning of the new CD release. Great show! I really wish they would have
broadcast more of his warmup stuff, though. They showed just a minute of "Growing
Up". Can't wait to see the tour!!!
|
LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, 8/1/02
& 8/2/02
More promo for "The Rising". Pretty cool to see Bruce and the E Street Band
on Letterman two nights in a row!

I'm always expanding this collection and have already
added a number of shows to it.
Check back in the future for more pictures from those. |
